STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe in God who is eternally existing as our Father and His Son, Jesus Christ who was slain, and with His blood purchased men for God from every tribe, language, and nation; and who has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God. (Revelation 1:5-6, Revelation 5:9-10)
We believe in the Holy Spirit whom Jesus sends, to work and guide in all things through the teachings of Jesus. (John 14:26, Revelation 22:16)
We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-23)
We believe that God created man in His own image (Genesis 1:26-28); that man sinned and thereby incurred the penalty of death, physical and spiritual (Romans 5:13); that all human beings inherit a sinful nature which issues (in the case of those who reach moral responsibilities) in actual transgression involving personal guilt.
We believe that our Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins, a substitutionary sacrifice (Matthew 20:28), according to the Scriptures and men are to be atoned by His blood shed on the cross. (Revelation 1:5-6)
We believe that all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ and keep His word by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and water (John 3:5), and thereby become children of God.
We believe in the bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, His ascension into heaven where He has remained our High Priest and Advocate. (Hebrews 3:1, 4:14, 7:24, Romans 8:34, 1 John 2:1, Hebrews 7:25)
We believe in the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Mt 24, John 14:2-3, Acts 1:11, 1 Thessalonians 5:12, Hebrews 9:28, Revelation 22:7,20)
We believe in the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in their original writings as fully inspired by God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We believe Jesus’ promise to send a shepherd to deliver His word of Revelation as recorded in the prophecies of the New Testament and that the pastor of the church’s testimony of what he has seen and heard are evidence that he is the shepherd promised by Jesus. (Matthew 13:24-52, Matthew 24:45-51, Revelation 1:1-3, Revelation 2-3, Revelation 4, Revelation 10, Revelation 12, Revelation 21:7, Revelation 22:8, 16)
We believe in the promises of the New Testament prophecies and the book of Revelation; and the appearance of the entities and events of fulfilment in its accordance, which the pastor of the church testifies to (Revelation 22:8). We place hope in the completed Kingdom of God on earth where God dwells with His people. (Revelation 21:1-4).
We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust, the blessing of Eternal life and the Kingdom of Heaven for the redeemed and the eternal punishment of those who have rejected the offer of salvation through the New Covenant.
